SBC Time Saver Tips

  • SBC Tip1– Buy frozen diced onions. This way you have it available for other recipes that call for onions and you do not have to spend time peeling and chopping. For the meatloaf, I like to rinse 1/2 cup of onions in warm water and lightly puree in a mini food processor so that I have onion flavor, additional moisture, and no big chunks
  • SBC Tip2-Use your toaster oven. No need to preheat
  • SBC Tip3-Use a disposable loaf pan for easy clean up
  • SBC Tip4– Instead of mixing these 3 ingredients for the topping, you can save time by using plain ketchup for a more homestyle flavor or your favorite thick BBQ sauce for a twist.

SBC Bento Tips

  • Use the 3 compartment Bento: Place meatloaf in the large compartment, a side (like rice) in a small compartment, and vegetables in the other
